important to note that we structure our services in a client-centric model with
account service, strategic planning & research taking the lead on the front end.
We do not have separate P&Ls for each discipline because we believe that structure
gets in the way of what’s ultimately best for the client. Your account service team is
responsible for tapping and integrating the resources of the agency as appropriate
for your needs. We can serve each client with a fully integrated program involving
every discipline or we can focus our service on one or two disciplines when that is
more appropriate. This approach has enabled us to become one of the most
